Many Managers and leaders are stretched by full workloads and changing priorities, so coaching provides a more flexible and relevant intervention, used at times when new ways of working and thinking are required.
As a result of participating in one to one coaching sessions with redsky, managers will understand their personality type and how this impacts on their leadership style and their working relationships, explore specific issues, individual or organisational difficulties and develop appropriate responses and develop their leadership style and management performance.
The evaluation and return on investment will be measured through the delivery of agreed KPIs in relation to each Manager's departmental goals. In addition behavioural changes in terms of leadership and influencing styles can be clearly measured through 360º feedback completed prior to the coaching and repeated at the end of the six month period.
