Like many organisations West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service faces unprecedented challenges in order to maintain its excellent levels of service, at a time of public sector budget reductions.
It was recognised that to meet these challenges our managers will have to develop and implement changes on a scale they have not seen before.
To support these staff we worked with Redsky Development Ltd to provide a series of workshops to assist all middle managers in leading and manage change.
The workshops focused on techniques for preparing, implementing, embedding and supporting others through change. They were extremely well presented and received excellent feedback.
