redsky have worked with teams from Board Directors to whole departmental teams. These teams are either newly formed or struggling to perform effectively or just need focus and
direction.

Using the Team Management System®, redsky will analyse individual preferences and produce a team wheel identifying strengths and gaps. The wheel is mapped against actual outcomes required by the team. A programme to support the development of the team to achieve these is then designed, this could encompass workshops, strategic timeouts,
master-classes and one to one coaching.

The impact is generally quick and benefits in terms of behaviours and outcomes which are visible from the start. The length of the programme ensures these changes are embedded
and effectiveness maintained.
