A BESPOKE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME FOR AREA MANAGERS


Fashion High Street giant, All Saints, were looking for a unique training solution for their retail area managers. Before starting anything our team of consultants worked closely with them to understand the business, the culture and the brand in a series of focus groups.

They were then able to design and deliver a programme to specifically achieve the desired results of maximising profitability, improving leadership capability, and delivering exceptional customer service, retail standards and team performance for the business.
