Booths recently engaged with Redsky Learning to help us deliver our new Future Leader
Programme (which includes the Level 5 Operations Management Apprenticeship). We were
looking for a provider who could not only bring to the course a high level of knowledge and
experience and but could also ensure delivery was engaging, energetic and relevant.Having worked with Redsky in 2015 when they delivered a fantastic Leadership programme
to our managers, we were very confident that they would be the right provider for us.
Redsky have consulted us throughout all stages of the programme development and have
thus ensured that the content matches both the company culture and aligns to our business
strategy.Helen Crossley, Learning & Development Manager

We have been working with Redsky to develop our leadership capability in our Head Office
and Distribution functions since 2014. The relationship started out with the design and
delivery of leadership programmes across our commercial functions in Head Office but has,
over the past 4 years, grown into a partnership with focussed support from Diane, Sally and
the team to shape our leadership development strategy. The insight, creativity and best practice provided by the team at Redsky has been invaluable
in ensuring we provide commercially focussed and practical learning activity and coaching
for our leadership team. Of particular significance to us is the determination from Redsky to
really understand the business and the intricacies of the individual functions, to then apply
the defined leadership principles, tools and techniques for better effect. To further support our leadership strategy our most recent undertaking in partnership with
Redsky has been within our Future Leaders programme, with Redsky delivering the level 5
Departmental Manager standard for us. This was an automatic fit for us at this stage to
work with Redsky on this to ensure we take the principles and success of our commercial
programmes into our levy programmes.Jamie McIntyre, Learning and Development Business Partner

Azzurri Group have been working with Redsky learning for around 4 years now.
Previously Redsky have provided development courses for our Heads of Department
and coaching for senior leaders. For a while at Azzurri we have been considering running a leadership programme to
develop our central Managers leadership skills. We want the next generation of senior
leaders within our company to have been developed internally. We were scoping an
ILM programme for this.Recently Redsky have begun to deliver Apprenticeship training. Diane took us
through Redskys approach to the level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager
Apprenticeship standard – knowing us well it looked like a good fit. Redsky ran a
focus group with some of our candidates to see what they wanted from the
programme which helped us to build a bespoke course that the candidates had input
in. Redsky helped us to develop & run a session to engage line managers in the
programme and their responsibilities which was also well received. The programme is in its early stages. The candidates have had their first workshop
and 360 feedback. Though it would be too early to assess its success I can say that it
is famous around the office! The candidates are engaged, they feel involved and are
bought into their future development. Comments from the team include ‘I had no idea
that it would be that good’. Redskys bespoke approach and engaging sessions have
certainly won hearts & mindsJohanna Keith, Apprenticeship Manager
