Due to the success and continued demand of some of our core programmes we we will now be running open programmes. Open programmes are an opportunity for businesses who do not have a full cohort but who do have a specific few delegates to still be able to invest in their progression. These programmes will be run Redsky Learning HQ.

Currently we have opened our junior and senior women in leadership programmes, we will be increasing the amount of open programmes we run so keep checking in here for updates.

Our unique open Women in Leadership programmes are designed by women, for women. They are programmes of self-reflection that can help women in leadership roles to gain confidence, develop relevant skills, and obtain the tools they need to handle the most difficult situations with ease. Thees courses are also an opportunity for women in leadership roles to network, share their experiences, and learn from other women working in similar environments. The programmes include:

• A welcome pack with pre-reading and self-assessment materials
• 1x two-day wrokshops and 3x one-day workshops
• 4x one-to-one coaching sessions
• A 180 or 360-degree feedback report
• Psychometric testing and report
• Access to online learning materials and reading
